How To File A Complaint
If you have any concerns or complaints about the quality of care and patient safety in the hospital, you may contact the hospital's management at (210) 579-3200. If your issues cannot be resolved by hospital management, you may contact the Joint Commission. You may either anonymously submit your complaint or concern to the Joint Commission or you may provide your name and contact information. Providing your name and contact information enables the Joint Commission to inform you about the actions taken in response to your issues and to contact you, if additional information is needed. There are several ways to contact the Joint Commission.
