BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD NAMES NIX HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AS A BLUE DISTINCTION

National health insurance leader BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) has designated the Nix Health Care System as a Blue Distinction® Center for its excellence in knee and hip replacement medical services.  This BCBS program encourages health providers to continually improve their services thereby consistently offering top-rated health care to patients.  “Orthopaedic specialists, Dr. Jesse DeLee* and Dr. John Evans*, along with Nix nurses and physical therapists have played an instrumental role in the Nix receiving this designation of excellence from BlueCross BlueShield,” said John F.
