Here is a list of our upcoming health screenings and education seminars. We look forward to seeing you!

Senior Gold Smart Living Seminars
Seminars are held at the Jefferson C. Davis Learning Center on the fifth floor of the Nix Medical Center, 414 Navarro. Cost is $7.00 and includes lunch, parking and the lecture.

Come at 10:30a.m. prior to the seminar, for a light stretching regimen by Mardi Baron, licensed physical therapist for Nix Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.

Parking is provided at the Nix Medical Center Garage (valet parking), or at the Houston Street Garage, located at the corner of College Street and Navarro. Lunch is served at 11:30a.m. prior to the lecture, which begins at 12 noon.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours prior to the seminar.
